Responsible for HR support, including, but not limited to:
- Planning, implementing, communicating, and administering human resource programs, policies and practices
- Coordinating events focused on employee recognition
- Maintaining HR records for employees, prepare metrics, analytics and reports, and ensure data integrity and privacy
- Ensuring timely completion of compliance training
- Administering compensation and benefits packages
- Managing and leading all talent acquisition initiatives to ensure top talent attraction and retention
- Preparing weekly, monthly, and annual reporting
- Building and maintaining strong, positive, and professional relationships throughout all levels of the organization to achieve business objectives and a positive culture
- Ensuring safe and fair working environment in compliance with company policy and employment laws
- Investigating employee relation issues and carry out discipline if required
Responsible for EHS supporting including, but not limited to:
- Preparing all site documents for Mississippi plant
- Developing site's internal software, Gensuite, and implementing the Company's safety concern reporting program for timely reporting
- Ensuring OSHA mandated training is completed and updated via the internal system
- Investigating and managing incidents at MS site
- Discussing actions and concerns with management regularly
