I am very interested in working with students in after school programs to ensure that I am focusing on student success This will also show the students that I am there for them and focused on them becoming more successful This will also drive me to become a better teacher, as I will be seeing what students are struggling with and can tailor my instruction as a result Also, I want to become a coach when I am teaching, specifically in football or baseball, as I have always been very invested in sports, as they helped shape who I am This will also allow kids to see me as a leader in more areas than just the classroom
