Bioanalysis, Chemistry Research Associate:

• Performing UPLC-MS bioanalysis and microdialysis in support of clients and drug discovery expansion.
• Setting up method development for all compounds.
• Running studies involving pharmacokinetics (PK) and exposure analysis using LCMS to determine exogenous drug levels. Pharmacokinetic calculations and statistical analysis of results are performed to enhance the quality and value of the data.
• Performing protein binding, stability, and purification studies on drugs under development.
• Analyzing compounds for metabolites.
• Formulation of drug compounds for dosing.
• Kynurenine pathway metabolites, neurotransmitters, and amino acid quantification.
• Processing of all data analyzed using TargetLynx, Metabolynx, Excel, and Prism.
• Managing the bioanalysis team, assisting the team when needed, and guiding the team to success with studies while ensuring client timelines are kept.
• Preparing and presenting client studies in the form of presentations or reports.

Project management:

• Coordinating all studies for the Bioanalysis team, organizing the team's schedule, ensuring all timelines are on track, and handling client expectations. Leading weekly team meetings to discuss timelines, individual expectations, and data discussions.
• Reviewing teams' studies upon completion to ensure deliverables meet quality standards.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize ongoing work effectively.
• Ability to inspire and lead the team by example to achieve project goals.
• Identifying and resolving issues that arise during study execution.

• Fragrance Chemistry: Shaping and enhancing the performance and sustainability of fragrances for body care applications.
• Working with clients in the process of developing new fragrances, which consisted of various tests, including pH, viscosity, and light sensitivity.
• Organizing requested studies and ensuring that the team and I maintain the timelines for client success.

• Calibrating laboratory instruments according to the manufacturer's instructions prior to use, in order to ensure the accuracy of results and compliance with quality specifications.
• Certifying in vitro reagents, such as metabolites, electrolytes, and blood gases, to improve the quality of tests for patient care, use in hospitals.
• Participating in investigations involving nonconforming products or processes by collecting relevant data, analyzing trends, identifying root causes, proposing solutions, and implementing corrective actions.
