My background is a summation of ministry, medical, mailing systems and real estate.
I have pastured churches, worked for a major office systems company, and several years as a full and part-time realtor. I also did mission work in Eastern Europe as part of my ministry. While growing up on a farm in Missouri I learned the importance of diligent hard work and good character. One might ask why am I not retired at this stage of my life? I still have much left to give and desire to work.
I am also a private pilot and enjoy challenges and fun. I have a sense of humor and enjoy people that are gregarious.
My responsibility was to learn all aspects of the real estate business, generate leads make presentations and get contracts signed and close business. My leads were self generated or were purchased from Realtor.com or other companies. In some years I became realtor of the year.
Marketed and sold postage meters, mailing and shipping software packages. Developed applied software packages for shipping and tracking purposes. I made or surpassed quota the majority of the time. Won trips and received the coveted Pacemaker award for being in the top 10%
of sales in the company. This required focused planning and organiztion.
I would like to highlight my skill as a speaker to groups such as hospitals, clinics, and senior facilities that could benefit from the use of Cano health I began my career as a pastor which taught me how to speak to large or small groups
My other skill has been serving as a community education representative with Odyssey -Kindred hospice recruiting referrals for patients that are terminally ill We went from 40 to over 100 patients per month
