  • Service, repair, regulate, fine tune, & test x-ray sources, motion controllers, encoders, HMI panels, control panels, generators & other equipment that operate primarly on the basis of electrical principles
  • Diagnose/Interpret ladder logic, PLC failures & report to engineering (Mitsubishi, Beckhoff)
  • Troubleshoot generator failures using blanking plugs, digital multimeter, & other generator test equipment
  • Test proximity sensors & BRH switches for proper connectivity. Verify encoder sensor function & positioning. Replace any defective parts
  • Fullfill maintenance contract agreements
  • Dissassemble, clean, replace defective parts: ball screws, driveshafts, roll bearings
  • Align, adjust & test mechanical & electrical equipment to ensure proper fuctioning
  • Perform radiation surveys using certified equipment
  • Documentation: close out tickets in Connectwise, complete expense forms, provide customer with service documetation with details of service performed & any equipment upgrades or repair recommendations
  • Provided remote phone support to customers & other NSI employees. Troubleshot equipment failures for customers using TeamViewer or Microsoft teams. Updated software & firmware when neccessary
