- Diagnose/Interpret ladder logic, PLC failures & report to engineering (Mitsubishi, Beckhoff)
- Troubleshoot generator failures using blanking plugs, digital multimeter, & other generator test equipment
- Test proximity sensors & BRH switches for proper connectivity. Verify encoder sensor function & positioning. Replace any defective parts
- Fullfill maintenance contract agreements
- Dissassemble, clean, replace defective parts: ball screws, driveshafts, roll bearings

- Documentation: close out tickets in Connectwise, complete expense forms, provide customer with service documetation with details of service performed & any equipment upgrades or repair recommendations
- Provided remote phone support to customers & other NSI employees. Troubleshot equipment failures for customers using TeamViewer or Microsoft teams. Updated software & firmware when neccessary
