Ebenezer(Eben) Bartow Waterston

I am originally from Bend and was raised on Mt.Bachelor in MBSEF as a ski racer. In High School and college I practiced both snowboarding and skiing until I moved to Costa Rica when I was 23 where I have lived ever since. This is where I met my beautiful wife and where we raised our two sons (now 18 and 20) and also are raising our 5 year old daughter. My sons have recently moved to Bend, I have recently followed suit and my wife and daughter will be here soon!

In Costa Rica we are avid surfer and have passionately worked as Surf Instructors for over 20 years sharing our love for the sport with others, both children and adults alike.

Now that I am back in Bend my heart is beckoning me to be on the mountain, my first love, and to take the skills and experience that I have obtained during so many years teaching surfing, and apply them to ski instruction on Mt. Bachelor.

I really do love working with people, and they like working with me as I consistently have a happy and positive attitude and bring joy into every situation.

Please consider me for this position. I am open to any amount of days to start, whether full time or one day a week, or even less then that. I humbly request that you would give me the opportunity to show you that I am a perfect fit for the job and that I will be a person that is pleasurable both for the coworkers and team of ski instructors.
