• Conducted complete gestational age-specific neonatal head-to-toe assessments (24-37+ weeks GA) to identify breathing patterns, feeding tolerance, thermoregulation requirements, and early symptoms of clinical change.
• Managed enteral nutrition, including NG/OG placement, and gavage feedings.
• Provided respiratory support care, including CPAP care in collaboration with respiratory therapists; responded efficiently during bradycardia/desaturation episodes through repositioning and stimulation.
• Administered weight-based neonatal medications via enteral and IV routes under RN supervision; correctly documented care in the electronic medical record (Epic).
• Participated in interdisciplinary rounds, shared clinical observations and recommendations, and provided family-centered care, education and support.
