Associate Director - Technology II
- Facilitate talent acquisition duties (recruiting, interviewing, hiring, onboarding) for AT&T's entry-level program for new technology graduates called the Technology Development Program (TDP).
- Provide mentorship, daily supervision and coaching to 39 new employees on career development and goals, fostering culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Deliver developmental feedback, evaluate employee performance and convey constructive feedback to improve skills.
- Serve as Program Manager for St. Louis location of TDP, successfully managing yearly budget and allocating resources to maximize productivity and profitability.
- Represent AT&T as university liaison on technology Curriculum Review Boards and recruiting efforts in St. Louis region with other local technology leaders to advise on latest technology and hiring trends.
- Work with organizations like Urban League, INROADS, LaunchCode, Department of Defense' Skill Bridge Program, Udacity, Per Scholas and university student groups to educate them about TDP opportunities and technology careers.
- Establish strong relationships with key industry partners and AT&T Business Partners creating mutually beneficial opportunities for growth and collaboration.
