Over the years, my career has been a mixture of challenges, transformation, breakthroughs and possibilities. I started off working as an industrious hostess, and ever since then I have grown fond of working in the customer service industry because I am able to provide empathy, and a positive attitude towards others who are in need of help.

As a customer support specialist, I take great pride in ensuring positive overall customer experience. I am able to adapt well to new environments and gain an understanding of new processes swiftly to achieve outstanding results.

My key skills include active listening, clear communication, time management, patience, problem solving, dedication, analytical and taking responsibility.
