Summary

I am a Support Coordinator dedicated to forming trusting relationships and advocating for best interests of clients. I have experience as a Registered Behavior Technician at Acorn Health, facilitating client participation in social activities and providing daily communication with caregivers about progress and treatment procedures. As Lead Tech Trainer, I guide new hires in effectively implementing ABA practices and ensure they are prepared for independent work. I have experience managing the daily scheduling needs for five locations, maintaining efficient communication with staff and clients, and keeping Excel documents updated for supervisors. I obtained a Bachelor of Science in Elementary Education with a minor in Early Childhood Development from Grand Valley State University in June of 2024. I'm currently pursuing my masters in Mental Health Counseling at Davenport University. I plan on completing my masters in August of 2027 with aspirations of becoming a Registered Play Therapist.
