All in all I am a highly-motivated employee with desire to take on new challenges. Strong worth ethic, adaptability and exceptional interpersonal skills. Adept at working effectively unsupervised and quickly mastering new skills and I am devoted to giving every customer a positive and memorable experience. It is also my goal in management to ensure my team is unified and collectively moving forward. I believe this is achieved by constant communication, constructive criticism, compassion and vision. The best way to ensure customers are satisfied and are left with a memorable impression is to make sure the team providing it is fluently working together to accomplish the vision.
Much of what I have learned through the years have stemmed from Christian values and Leadership roles within my church. We give grace, we love others, we provide a listening ear, we counsel, we provide structure, we reprove, we improve, and we move forward together.

Warehouse jobs prior did not allow me to do this. I found myself able get to know the daily dog walkers, families bringing their kids to the park, the consistent joggers and even horseback riders.

My first job. During my time at Botanic Gardens I was promoted several times over the course of two years. These jobs included stocking and packing wholesale, manifest,.
