September 2002 – May 2003 – Construction Coordinator Provided construction support and management to the offshore modification team aboard the Terra Nova FPSO. Ensuring quality of workpacks and conducting regular trips offshore to perform construability reviews. This role included managing KBR’s plant and equipment budget, onshore fabrication, and acting as Project Manager on construction based work orders from Clients. Operation and Maintenance Co-ordination, this includes supporting clients in maintenance driven projects. June 2002 – September 2002 – Terra Nova Turnaround Coordinator Shutdown Coordinator for the 2002 Terra Nova Maintenance Shutdown. This included developing a shutdown schedule, organizing the necessary resources including trades people and onshore resources. Fabrication, Vessel Inspections, NDE requirements and Vendor Coordination. Development of construction methods in a safe and practical manner in an effort to reduce manhour requirements including leak testing procedures, bolt tensioning and on-track start-up. Provided support to Terra Nova during shutdown and start-up of the FPSO, and reconciliation of payments for material, tools and third party work task orders. 2001 – June 2002 – Piping and Mechanical Implementation Responsible for the piping and mechanical implementation for the Terra Nova Offshore Project. First oil start-up and fabrication site co-ordination for EPC contract. This position included the smooth transition from onshore commissioning to offshore hook-up and supporting the first oil milestone. Ensured onshore fabrication coordination, material requisitioning and completion of project work packages.
