• Utilized Excel, Stata, SAS, and R to perform statistical analyses on five projects that include evaluations of Emergency Rental Assistance Program, parts of American Rescue Plan, Child Welfare Community Collaboration Projects; developing a Low-Income Housing Tax Credit (LIHTC) database; analyzing adequacy of Food Stamp benefits compared to food costs.
• Implemented advanced data cleaning techniques and database management strategies to ensure accuracy and reliability of analyses, including complex matching algorithms.
• Performed descriptive analyses, regression analysis, and other data manipulation methods to derive key insights for deliverables and other materials.
• Edited 15 program descriptions reviewed by Department of Health and Human Services Prevention Services Clearinghouse, ensuring clarity, coherence, and compliance with in-house writing standards.
• Authored chapters in three Annual Homelessness Reports to Congress, synthesizing complex data and presenting findings clearly.
• Developed concise and informative briefs for Local Housing Solutions Website, effectively communicating key concepts and recommendations to diverse audiences.
• Drafted approximately 40 meeting summaries for bi-weekly calls and 15 progress reports for projects with Department of Labor and Housing and Urban Development, demonstrating keen ability to distill discussion and project updates into clear and actionable insights.

• The Niskanen Center is a nonpartisan think tank.
• Drafted and edited blog posts and other pieces of writing relating to family economic security and employment policy.
• Researched social policy issues, conducted literature reviews and analyzed data to inform social policy team.
• Managed and updated media tracking sheet that tracks all publications and media hits of social policy team members.

• Collaborate with professor and three RAs on research that tests interventions to combat misinformation.
• Designed, tested and examined experiments that tested interventions to combat Covid and other forms of misinformation.

• Reviewed and cleaned large datasets for EntrepreneurTracker Client Outcomes survey.
• Used Excel tools and functions to manipulate and organize data to ensure efficient and clean databases.
