I am looking for a sales or customer service opportunity in the Phoenix/Scottsdale area.

I have a little over 2 years of outbound/inbound sales experience, 2 years of training experience, 7 years of customer service experience, and 4 years of management experience, all of which have helped me develop great customer service skills. I have been known to have and maintain high sales, as well as build great rapport with the guests resulting in returning and/or satisfied customers. I’m skilled with Microsoft and Google programs and would be more than willing to learn any necessary certifications, skills or knowledge that I do not already possess.

I have experience volunteering for the SPCA of southwest Mi from 2009 until 2016 (off and on) where I would walk, feed, and play with the shelter animals. I’ve also volunteered as a middle school tennis coach for the 2016 and 2017 school years.
