Eryn Wissler

My career began as a Biology teacher in an alternative schoool but moving into Collinsville High School as a Biology teacher for 21 years.  During the last three years of my teaching I was part of the Robert Noyce Master Teacher Fellowship.  I completed multiple graduate level courses and attended and presented my studies at conferences in the area of Envirnmental Sustainability. During post Covid I transitioned out of teaching and into building and opening a Scooter's Coffee franchise.  For the last six months I have been running/managing the store on my own and as a result I have learned all aspects of the coffee drive through business.  Now that the businness is up and running and self sufficeint I am looking to expand into new areas of business.
