• Cut bottles into sections to make sure we have enough material, and if out of spec, start troubleshooting blow mold temperature and make adjustments if needed.
• Complete CILs and PMs to make sure we have our equipment running efficiently.
• Starting up in production, I need to pull samples and complete my quality checks to make sure our product is perfect for our consumers.
• Our quality checks consist of CO2, Brix, pH, TA, etc.
• to be able to run water it requires a lot more attention to our ozone systems and more quality checks to make sure the ozone is in range.
• Assist Krones during overhauls in the blow mold area, disassemble equipment, replace gaskets, seals, and clean the parts we took off, then begin to reassemble.

• Assist maintenance during overhauls
• CIL “clean inspect lubricate”
• Perform quality checks every 15 , 60 mins.
• Track all raw materials and document All downtime.
• CIP/SIP COP/SOP equipment fillers, Tetrapak
• Participate during kaizen events to improve line efficiency
• 3 years of aseptic experience
• 10 years of operating high speed machines

• Capable to perform cip on pai and micro lend systems
