• Coordinates offense, oversees offensive staff. Prepares offensive playbooks for season
• Conducts meetings with offensive staff and offensive unit daily and prepares offensive practice schedule with Football staff.
• Provide game & practice film analysis with offensive and film breakdown of opponent's defensive tendencies.
• Develops substitution game plan with staff and prepares daily-weekly depth chart with staff.
• Coordinates Offensive adjustments on sideline & halftime.
• Prepares offensive run game scripts, scout defensive cards with fronts, coverages & stunts and prepares play Calling sheet, hit chart, big play-bad play typed & filed
• Prepares offensive scouting report with staff in season, breakdown film, fronts & stunts, blitz chart, two deep and coverages.
• Submits offensive game plan finalized by Thursday afternoon with offensive staff, and Head Football Coach.
• Offensive bench organization and game day organization with Head Coach.
• Grades position players, stats, qtr.'s played, with assistant coaches.

• Offensive Coordinator / QB Coach duties.
• Promote positive public relations between Miami Northwestern and the community of Liberty City. Prepare and provide information to the public about the Football Program's activities, goals, and policies of the school. Distribute pertinent information about the program and its activities to all the feeder youth organizations. Establish and maintain internal and external communication programs that promote an understanding and appreciation of the program's efforts to provide students with positive learning outcomes.
• Organize all summer community camps for several NFL alumni of Miami Northwestern.
• Speak at over 15 middle schools around the county.

• Offensive Coordinator Duties.
• Oversee the day-to-day operations with the Head Coach, or Gulliver Football.
• Anticipate and satisfy all logistical needs of the football program.
• Coordinate team travel logistics and itineraries.
• Coordinate arrangements for pre-season training camp, off-season lifting/conditioning, and overall offseason scheduling.
• Organize parental meetings (pre/post season), organize off-season coaches' clinics, and player college tours.
• Work hand in hand with the Admissions Department for promotion, tour hosting, and possible new student orientation.
• Equipment inventory for players and staff.

• Assist the head coach in any assigned duties, in addition to coaching the junior varsity team.
• Assume responsibility for checking all practice areas each day and removing hazardous objects from the practice area.
• Develop a positive public relations program in the school and community.
• Make recommendations to the head coach for purchasing equipment.
• Provide supervision in the locker rooms before and after practice.
• Assist the head coach in the inventory of equipment.
• Assist the head coach in the awards presentation.
• Understand the rules of your sport, Florida High School Athletic Association regulations, and district policies regarding interscholastic sports.
