STM Multimedia is in partnership with the city of Asheville's Reparations Commission Board. I attend and occasionally speak or present at them. I utilize my information from these meetings to curate questions and establish meetings with prominent black leaders within the Asheville community. A snippet of my interview with Dr. Dwight Mullen at this year's Reparations Community Summit at UNCA. One of my most recent interviews was with George Fatheree, who is an attorney and CEO who resides in Los Angeles, California. He helped return to the Bruce family their water-front property in Manhattan Beach, CA, worth approximately $20 million. Fatheree gave me insight into his perspective on reparations and how they should be distributed to preserve the black community. My interview with him has helped me change my standpoint on the reparations process in Asheville, NC.

• Assisted in the coordination of on-site interviews to stay organized.
• Adapted the interview style to suit the tone, vibe, and interviewee.
• Presented production ideas and determined creative scenarios for production and delivery.
• Evaluated scripts to identify creative strategies and resource needs.
• Reviewed scripts and made changes to improve wording, flow, or interest levels, consistently producing highly successful shows.

Literacy Together is an organization that helps bridge the education gap amongst students in grade school. Specifically targeted to bridge the gap between BIPOC students and their white counterparts.

• Provided homework assistance using specific curriculum and materials.
• Used personalized learning plans to guide students to a deeper understanding of course material and learning styles.
• Used flashcards and other techniques to test and improve memory through practiced information retrieval.
• Monitored student progress and provided feedback and support.

• Acted as a positive role model and mentor to provide campers with constructive guidance and promote healthy habits and attitudes.
• Organized and guided group activities by leading, coaching, and participating with campers.
• Participated in meetings to coordinate with other staff on campers' progress, issues, and goal achievement.
• Mediated camper conflicts to resolve problems and maintain positive and safe camp environments.
• Encouraged and promoted inclusion and diversity to foster a positive and respectful camp environment and teach campers to appreciate and value differences.
• Communicated with families to keep parents informed on their child's camp experience and address any concerns or issues.
• Prepared and submitted daily and weekly reports to keep records of campers' attendance, behavior, and progress.
• Administered first aid quickly to provide health and safety to campers.

A six-week summer enrichment program that targets bridging the education gap between BIPOC students and their white counterparts.

• Monitored classrooms for safety and good behavior, offering students positive reinforcement to maintain discipline.
• Assisted with the management of classroom rules, procedures, and expectations to instill discipline and observance of the conduct code.
• Encouraged critical thinking and problem-solving skills to enable students to step out of their comfort zone.

• Established and maintained relationships with local organizations to coordinate volunteer efforts.
