• Managing an annual $420 million in energy efficiency spending that is recoverable from customers, and ensuring all related financial transactions are recorded based on GAAP and FERC accounting, along with internal accounting policies.
• Led the financial transformation, supporting an organizational restructure of Energy Efficiency and Demand Planning group.
• June 2021 – nominated by ComEd executives to attend the 13th Annual MEA Energetic Women Conference.
• Jan 2021 – attended Prosci’s intensive three-day session on Change Management and received certification as a Certified Change Practitioner.
• Dec 2020 – received ComEd’s Powering Together Award for standing up an internal online platform called Marketplace, presented by CEO Joe Dominguez and President Terry Donnelly.

• Functioning as a member of the Exelon Finance Team, with responsibilities for ensuring that a financial perspective is brought to daily operations, proper classification (O&M vs. Capital) and treatment are followed, and compliance with all managerial policies.
• Monthly Overtime Report – implemented additional controls that highlight changes to overtime requests two months out, to help control overtime costs. Overtime requests should align with P6, the scheduling tool, which has work loaded eight weeks ahead.
• Outage Capital splits the team – developed a standard template to capture capital support for projects in certain departments, such as Operations, Radiation Protection, Mechanical Maintenance, Electrical Maintenance, and Instrument Maintenance.

• Surpassed expectations by securing a positive EBT during initial months at PRG.
• Ensured financial integrity, reliability, and accuracy of $25 million of revenue for all EMEA (Europe, the Middle East, and Asia).
• Collaborated with project managers to achieve targeted project profitability, and to highlight any financial risks.
• Worked with staffing for project resource plans, ensuring utilization targets were at or above target per levels and positions.
