As multi facet well operator, I strive daily to increase production through reducing failure frequencies by studying the well's Root Cause Failure Analysis thoroughly. While doing this, I ensure that reduction in emissions is always achieve by closely monitor flare run time as well as a reduction in Well venting. Another critical aspect on my daily duties is a to form and be an active part of the company's safety culture, by being a leader on this matter, permits me learn and contribute to the company's SOP's (Standard Operating Procedures).
