I greet the customers when they walk in; upon greeting them, I ask them what they're interested in doing today, and based on that information, I tell them about promotions, the bundles, and deals we have going on. As the conversation progresses, I'll make small talk to see what they like, try to pitch cable to them, or Wi-Fi if they don't already have it. I try to maximize every sale possible, making sure they're insured too, and I also try to sell them accessories. During the sales too, I like to set expectations for them so we don't have any problems with billing issues. So, like any activation fees that might be on it, or maybe some trade-in credits, it will take 1-2 billing cycles. Any little detail I can tell them, I will. When customers don't have the time to make sales happen that same day, I try to collect their information so I can make an appointment with them to get the sale closed. I also maintain a clean and organized store environment by wiping down devices, arranging displays, and ensuring all inventory is stocked. The most sales I've ever gotten were 120-130 pops, 40 new line activations, 40 upgrades, and 60 watches and tablets.
