I Started to venture into the work business at a young age, due to my fathers passing at a younger age. I started at 17 1/2 with a School Workers Permit and being able to assist, my family in a family owned business as a cook, cleaner, and server. When I turned 18, I was able to expand my opportunities and obtain a Guard Card, quickly obtaining a Job with Allied universal as a part-time security officer (Working 25 hours a week) for doctors medical center. I was Quickly able to understand how to become a Talented security professional skilled at conducting building patrols, securing entrances and exits and keeping visitors under constant surveillance, while continuing my schooling. I was able to become skilled in writing reports, updating records and handling simultaneous tasks in fast-paced settings, working alongside Police agencies, and Corners Department, which is when I was promoted to a lead security officer. I was able to be organized and dependable candidate successful at managing multiple priorities with a positive attitude. Willingness to take on added responsibilities to meet team goals, being able to de-escalate high risk situations, Maintaining 5150, 1799 and 5250 holds, safe from hurting staff, employees, vendors, and other patients, as well as themselves. When accomplished my High-school diploma, a Supervisor positioned opened, I was able to seek and maintain full-time position that offers professional challenges utilizing interpersonal skills, excellent time management and problems solving skills. Continuing to advance with the company, and being able to become a Diligent Security professional with 3 years which two and a half were as a Lead/Supervisor with experience in monitoring, up to 28 guards, and close to 12/15 per Shift, as well facility staff and visitors to maintain order and safety. Demonstrated to learn new procedures and policies using defensive tactics within strict guidelines. Leverages excellent listening and service skills in emergency response and evaluation procedures. When I departed from Allied universal I stepped down as the Security Site Manager, due to my thoughts and mindset no longer aligning with their motto. I Continued to venture into the Security market, as a Hardworking and passionate job seeker with strong organizational skills eager to secure a Loss Prevention Agent position for PAQ.Inc. Ready to help team achieve company goals. Being able to continue to expand and practice multiple skills, such as dependability, De-escalation, communication and continuing to always have integrity.
While I have personal time I enjoy detailing my personal vehicles, as well as my family vehicles. I enjoy the distraction, the focuse and the satisfaction of observed and feeling a clean car or truck.
