  • Prepare the complete basic engineering design for the 280 TPD Catalyst Production Plant; supervise and witness specified main equipment testing and an actual catalyst batch production (crushers mills, screens, dryers, air filters, pulverizers, belt conveyors, air conveyors, silos).
  • Lead Mechanical Engineer, Interim Project Manager. New INTEVEP Pilot Plant Complex.
  • Plan and coordinate the execution of the mechanical engineering scope of work of the FEL and EPC of thirteen heavy oil hydroconversion, hydrotreatment, desalting, crude upgrading and feed-product storage pilot plants.
  • Bring the project to successful mechanical completion and start-up.
  • Intevep Resident Engineer. EPC of the 250 BPD Delayed Coking Pilot Plant (The Heyward Robinson Co., a subsidiary of Alusuisse, New York, NY and Houston, TX).
