Started my career at Gate City as a merchandiser in May of 2019. My duties at the time consisted of working loads that were sent in by the sales team, supporting the sales team by filling shelves, building displays, rotating product, using greenmile to ensure I was completing all stops assigned to me and working safely complying to company standards.
I got promoted to Sales Relief Account Manager in the year 2022. My duties consisted of providing relief to the sales team by covering or assisting with their assigned routes. Other responsibilities were also to ensure we were following company standards by making sure product was properly worked, filled and rotated in the accounts, building relationships with accounts ensuring them I wasn't just there for my interested but for their business, became familiar with sales tools like VIP sales, VIP karma, IRI Circana and Power BI.
