  • Built and executed the new "Crisis Calls" offering that enabled this 25 year-old events-based business to achieve its best ever financial results and renewal rates in both 2020 & 2021years in which in-person events were not feasible.
  • Led the company's largest and most profitable global peer network for Global Heads of Talent, as well as key networks for CHROs and Sr. HR Business Partners a combined P&L greater than $2M, accounting for more than 40% of the company's total revenue wholly responsible for service, renewal, retention and expansion of dozens of key accounts across six continents.
  • Generated $300k in new bottom line revenue within 30 days of personally launching the Back2Better Research Initiative, serving as project manager, lead researcher and lead author of three 40+ page white papers.
