Edgar worked at IBM Technology Campus in Guadalajara, Mexico, over seventeen years, all his technical and management roles working with IBM Storage products as Tape libraries, low- and high-end Servers Solutions, Power Systems and Z Systems. In this quality role he was responsible of working with suppliers technically, supporting development during new products and engineering changes, manufacturing and development during early production builds, quality supplier management and support continuous internal or external production products.
