1. Production Assembler (1999–2002):
Installed various parts on the running line assembly.
- Used hand tools and power tools to complete assembly tasks effectively and efficiently. Maintain a clean work area by sweeping up debris from assembly operations.

- Fabricate and install parts as per blueprints and work instructions.
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, drawings, and work orders to determine the specific assembly instructions.
- Sent multiple times to KRC-Yonkers, New Haven, CT, as a team member to perform various ECO rework, FMI's, etc.
2. QC Inspector, QC Team Leader, QC Supervisor.
2014-2018: 7000 Series Project, Washington Metro Authority Transportation (WMATA).
As a QC inspector, I performed the following tasks:
- Performed all internal and hold-point inspections.
- Verified measurements using measurement tools.
- Filled all necessary documentation and provided it to the customer before the final customer inspection.
- Witnessed various required testing.
- Performed all measurements using the required measuring tools, performed "in-process" inspections to ensure compliance with drawings, blueprints, work instructions, and technical specifications.
- In 2015, I was promoted to QC team leader.
- Worked closely with production, production engineers, and QC engineers to ensure quality standards are achieved.
- Assisted and trained quality control inspectors.
- Sent to Washington, DC, to perform FMI, ECO inspections.
- Assisting the QC supervisor, I was promoted to temporary supervisor as needed.
2018-2019 M9 base railcar, Long Island

- Assisted and trained quality control inspectors.
- Identify problems that may affect product quality and take corrective action when required.
- Working closely with the customer, resident inspectors.
2019-2025 R211 NYCT pilot cars, T-cars, R211 A cars, option cars.
- Continued as the QC team leader and performed all internal and hold-point inspections on pilot cars.
Inspected and verified all ECR, ECO, inspections.
- Performed visual and mechanical quality verifications to meet customer specifications. Inspected finished products for quality and adherence to customer specifications.
