Providing individual and couples telehealth outpatient counseling therapy for adults, adolescents, couples and children. Conducting diagnostic evaluations and evaluating treatment effectiveness through ongoing assessment and evidence based interventions, in order to meet client needs and facilitate lasting change.

Provided middle school students with an individualized and comprehensive teaching environment through American Sign Language, and implemented differentiated instruction in order to meet diverse learning needs.

Directed various vocational services as a job coach for Deaf and Hard of Hearing high school students. In addition, facilitated a challenging and comprehensive learning environment for third grade Deaf and Hard of Hearing students.

Taught the curriculum for the Cooperative Work Training class, conducted transition and vocational services and interpreted for high school hearing impaired students in the mainstream setting.
