In my current role as a Med Tech/ CNA, I assist patients with daily living activities and basic care needs. My responsibilities typically include:

• Personal Care: Helping patients with bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting.
• Mobility Assistance: Aiding patients in moving around, including transferring them from beds to wheelchairs.
• Vital Signs: Monitoring and recording vital signs like blood pressure, temperature, and pulse.
• Feeding: Assisting patients with eating and ensuring they receive proper nutrition.
• Patient Comfort: Offering emotional support and companionship to patients.
• Cleanliness: Maintaining a clean and safe environment, including changing bed linens and cleaning patient areas.
• Reporting: Observing and reporting changes in patients' conditions to nurses or doctors.
• Administer medications and treatments to residents per prescribed healthcare plans, ensuring adherence to safety protocols and comprehensive documentation

• Provide exceptional customer service by efficiently managing check-in procedures and responding to guest inquiries. Managing over 50 customers calls and 100 emails per day.
• Handle financial transactions accurately, including payment collection and reservation bookings.

• Strategy Development: Creating and implementing strategies to expand market reach and drive revenue growth.
• Client Acquisition: Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities and building relationships with potential clients.
