During the 2025 Unit 8 Spring outage I took the lead on the Unit 8 condenser inspection. I trained Eric Boreman how to carry out a condenser inspection. Together we identified and plugged 18 condenser tubes. Unit 8 no longer has a persistent bleeder. This condenser inspection continues to benefit Miami Fort.

Collaboration with Andrew on taking ownership of the RO system. We have developed testing procedures, implemented PM's, improved longevity of membranes, overall water quality, PDI runtime, and we clean our membrane's in-house.
