During my time at Sunglass Hut, I was responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and presentation of the store while consistently meeting daily sales goals assigned to each associate. Each shift, I received a list of tasks to complete during downtime, which included individually cleaning each product, sweeping and dusting the store, and completing store related paperwork, either for personal development or operational needs. I was required to complete monthly training sessions, either through videos or live sessions. These lessons provided detailed information on new products or brands, policy updates, and effective sales strategies to use during customer interactions. At the end of each month, my manager evaluated my performance based on whether I met my personal sales targets and how well I contributed to the upkeep and overall success of the store.
During my time at Office Depot, I worked as a Print Associate, responsible for fulfilling customer orders placed both online and in store. I ensured all print jobs were completed accurately and on time, while maintaining a clean and organized work area. In addition to managing my section, I also contributed to the overall cleanliness of the store.
I take customer orders, prepare food items, and handle the register with accuracy. I keep the store clean, stocked, and organized while following food-safety standards. I work with my team to provide fast, friendly service during busy shifts.
