Food Safety Tech 3 at King's Hawaiians with proven expertise in maintaining sanitation standards and leading teams during critical operations. Skilled in chemical handling and effective communication, I excel in problem-solving and decision-making, ensuring compliance and safety in high-pressure environments. Recognized for reliability and professionalism in all tasks. Although I haven't been employed long at king's Hawaiians my time here has been very fruitful. I've grown to admire many in current leadership and wish to continue my progress along side them and to aid them whenever possible which includes applying for leadership opportunities as they arise.
My responsibilities as a tech included maintaining the sanitation standard at a ready-to-eat facility. Later, I was entrusted with foreman-level responsibilities and was trained on multiple shifts under a variety of different foremen. Eventually, I was given the role of backup foreman. Since acquiring the role of backup foreman, I've had many opportunities to lead during standard days, land cleans, and even line emergencies.
Standard sanitation job at a high school where I was in charge of upkeeping the hygiene level with little to no supervision. In certain occasions, other areas not assigned to me were in need of help, in which I would be called in to offer relief.
