Eduardo de Souza has 20 years of experience as a College Soccer Coach at NCAAD1 and NJCAA D1, consistently achieving success at the highest level. Technical Director and Head coach of a Youth Soccer Club, leading the team to National Champions, solidifying a reputation as a skilled and accomplished leader.

Throughout the career, maintaining an impressive college record of 234-27-17. Drive to achieve any goal set forth is unwavering, fueled by faith, hard work, dedication, and perseverance. Bringing a unique perspective to coaching after fulfilling a lifelong goal of becoming a professional athlete.

Over 20 years of coaching success in NCAA D1, NJCAA D1, and top Youth Soccer associations, including national championships and record-breaking seasons. Well-versed in achieving sustained success.
