As of 2019, I have been promoted to Compliance Manager/Receiving Supervisor. As such, my responsibilities are now to oversee receiving operations, Help our vendors with shipping and routing instructions, receive all incoming shipments/trucks, prepare Manifest for outgoing customer orders, file purchase orders slips, and am in contact with carrier reps for delivery/pickup negotiations.

In compliance, I record data, such as;

weight, charges, space availability, damages, or discrepancies for reporting to accounting team, Buyers and Vendors. On often occasion, I also assist in pulling RTV's for Buying team when needed, getting in touch with vendors if inaccuracies occur, and checking inventory for accounting invoice purposes.

• Verified amount of items received in orders and cross-checked with invoices.
