I have 26yrs of Aircraft structural Maintenance/Sheet Metal experience, 15yrs in US Air force and 8yrs Heavy Regional MRO maintenance. I'm applying for the Sheet Metal Worker position. I've been trained in the fabrication/inspection of metal and advanced composite repairs/modifications on numerous assigned weapon systems worth $3.2 billion. Trained in cable and tubing fabrication, in-depth knowledge of corrosion control procedures, and prep/paint applications on aircraft. Extensive experience reviewing, coordinating and directing major aerospace repairs, shop production, and coordinating schedules for aircraft repairs/paint. Worked on military aircraft C-141, C-17, C-5, KC-10, C-130, MQ-1, MQ-9, CV-22, and F-16. I've worked as a Quality Assurance/Control inspector for 3+ years and also have 11yrs commercial experience working heavy C & D checks on Air Bus A319, 320 & 321, Boeing 767, 757, 737, 787, 747 and MD11, MD80, DC9, Bombardier CRJ200/700/900, Learjet 45XR and Q400. Gen Fam courses on Aircraft for United Airlines, Delta, Virgin America, Avianca, Air Canada, Atlas, Western Global, Centurion Cargo, Allegiant Air, Jamaica Air, Alaska Airlines and UPS.

Design and Fabrication:

• Removed/Replaced Corroded Fuselage 25K tie-down fitting - Drilled, trimmed, and installed
• Repaired damaged sloping longeron support brackets - Strict close tolerance drilling and installation
• Accomplished Flush repair on cracked Fuselage skin - removed damage, fabricated parts, installed and sealed per technical data
• Executed depot-level repair; refurbished damaged C-130 elevator - removed damaged section, fabricated and riveted skin as required
• Replaced cracked bulkhead - precise drilling of a new section, installed in a critical area
• Intricate window post repair - stop drilled crack, fabricated repair piece and installed
• Repaired delaminated leading edge slats, and fabricated and bonded repair pieces as directed
• Fuel Cell intake maintenance - removed numerous loose leaking fasteners in confined spaces
• Extensive longeron and stringer repairs or replacement
• Cargo bay seat track & floor beam removal and replacement
• Modified and repaired cracked floor beams/panels
• Corrosion inspections, removal, and repairs as required per aircraft work cards
• 767-300 Severely Corroded floor beams and intercostal fabrication/repairs
• MD-11 Center wing fuel tank corrosion skin repairs per engineering Gen-26 guidance
• A319/320 & B737 Antenna/WiFi modification installation
