• Designed a full civil site plan for a multi-structure residential development in Glen Cove, NY
• Performed slope analysis, site grading, cut-and-fill volume analysis, and stormwater pond design
• Applied ADA and AASHTO slope criteria and NYSDEC stormwater standards
• Integrated drainage plans, erosion control, and green infrastructure (rain garden, bioswales, green roofs)

Reinforced Concrete Design Project – CASA V Residential Tower

• Designed a six-story reinforced concrete apartment building located in Miami, FL
• Modeled lateral and gravity systems in ETABS using cracked section modifiers and P-Delta analysis
• Designed all major components: flat slab system, beams, shear walls, link beams, columns, and foundation systems
• Conducted serviceability checks and ensured compliance with ASCE 7-22, ACI 318-19, and FBC 2023
• Delivered final design calculations, ETABS results, and a team presentation with structural models and deflection verifications
