Lead the planning of the overall launch development activities within a project, personnel management, interaction with the stakeholders (Domain Project Leaders Global / Regional Steering Committee) keep the system engineering team focused on reaching the project objective, financial control for project (CAPEX), and OPEX monitoring and execution of footprint activities. Engineering change control management with multidisciplinary team.

Main Customers handled: TESLA , DAIMLER, Volkswagen, GM, Ford.

Responsible for planning, development, and industrialization of new projects for new technologies such as LED vision modules and Matrix vision systems Hand to hand working collaboration with multidisciplinary team and project activities in plant, budget management, success launching for Tesla 3/Y project in 2020 use of tools for quality assurance aligned with customer requirements and internal procedures of the company.

Main Customers handled: TESLA , DAIMLER, Volkswagen, GM.

• Sample coordinator for new design components, control of engineering level, , history control changes in collaboration with logistic and manufacturing process, root cause analysis and quality methods (FMEA, 8D´s, PSCS, QRQC), management of documental engineering changes, establish communication and treatment with development department in Europe.

Preventive, predictive and corrective plant coordinator. Responsible for maintenance services for plant production equipment´s.

Interpretation of electrical, pneumatic and hydraulic technical drawings, spare parts inventory, managing of KPI´s (MTTR, MTBF and OEE) based on SAP-PM/WM.

• Engines and transmissions specialist, electro-assist and hydraulic steering
  wheels, suspensions, brakes, support for electrical and electronic failure
  diagnosis.
  Knowledge in turbo and Twin-charged engines, variable distribution
  systems
  Knowledge in automatic gearboxes like DSG, CVT and conventional,
  Quattro all-wheel drive systems (AWD)
