Compare Daily Hours to Inspection Crew Trackers and discuss discrepancies with Contractor
Review and edit Contractor Daily Hours prior to sending approval to our Cost Analyst
Update internal system with Contractor employee and equipment data for Inspection to track via Goformz
Inspect billable equipment (big iron, trucks, etc.) coming to site
Review Contractor Equipment List to ensure information such as descriptions, billing codes, categories, serial numbers and costs are correct
Review equipment rental agreements
Approve equipment activations, deactivations and repairs via specific approval process that includes reviewing all detailed information about unit, the rental agreement and the approved Work Plans
Track equipment usage in field via Inspector’s Goformz reports
Create and manage company “Approved Equipment Lists” based on the above information and send out weekly
Review Contractor’s equipment invoice transmittals alongside the Cost Analyst.
