Cook the exact number of items ordered by each customer, working on several different orders simultaneously. Maintain sanitation, health, and safety standards in the work area. Maintain quality control. Assembling meal trays according to order. Prepare specialty foods by following specific methods that usually require a short preparation time. Take orders from the drive-through as to the food required by the customer; prepare and cook food according to the instructions. Schedule activities and equipment use with managers while using information about daily menus to help coordinate cooking times. Serve orders to customers at windows, counters, or tables. Verify that prepared food meets requirements for quality and quantity while making the establishment look clean and tidy.
During my time at Braum's, I had various responsibilities, including cleaning tables and appliances, stocking and organizing ice cream on shelves, maintaining a positive attitude to enhance the workplace atmosphere, greeting customers, and promptly addressing any spills to prevent slips. I also made sure to familiarize myself with the different Braum's Ice Cream Treats recipes, using the blender for shakes and malts, and making sure I put an accurate scoop of ice cream on the cone based on customer requests.
