  • Upon being promoted to Sergeant I was assigned to the Training Division. As a Training Sergeant I was responsible for the planning, coordination, and administration of the Field Training Program, Pre-Deployment Training, Advance Courses, and in-house training. In January of 2022, I was transferred to Patrol, Delta Shift. In this capacity I am responsible for the supervision of patrol officers and patrol operations, completion of personnel inspections, and evaluations. I am also designated as the agency’s Axon Program Administrator and responsible for the management and policy development/implementation of our body worn cameras, in-car cameras, TASER weapons, interview room cameras, and our digital evidence system (evidence.com), an $8.7 million contract.

  • As a Master-at-Arms formally assigned to NR NSF Key West, with a primary goal of supporting our Gaining Command of NAS Key West.
  • As a Master-at-Arms formally assigned to NR NSF AUTEC, with a primary goal of supporting our Gaining Command of NAVSEA AUTEC.
  • Assigned as Senior Enlisted Leader to the OIC of Navy Reserve Navy Security Forces Fort Worth, TX. Entrusted with the oversight of over 65 enlisted unit members.
  • In January 2020 I was involuntarily activated and deployed to Djibouti, Africa and served the Security Department on Camp Lemonnier, I was selected as the acting Operations Chief, a position usually held by a higher-ranking enlisted person. I was ultimately responsible for the 24-hour operation of the Security Department and responsible for the daily supervision of eight Watch Commander, 20 Patrol Supervisors, 52 patrolman, five K9 teams, an investigator, a supply department and had oversight of 320 Army Security Force personnel and 119 contract security personnel.
