Work History

Mechanical Engineer - HVAC

Daily plant operations, including reading pressures and temperatures on chillers, cooling towers, primary and secondary pumps.

Checking water tube boiler temperatures, pumps, and heat exchangers.

Water testing including ph, hardness on kitchen loop.

Responsibility of all HVAC units on property, which include split A/C systems, water source heat pumps, air handlers, VAV's, fan coils and swamp coolers.

Troubleshooting, Repairing and servicing units which include

- replacing compressors, fan motors, capacitors, contactors, boards, relays , actuators, valves, motors, belts and most parts in between .

- Sil-fos, soldering and brazing copper lines from 1/4" all the way up to 6" . -I have replaced, repaired or performed maintenance on all of the pumps that are used on everything listed above including

large split case pumps for primary and secondaries of the cooling tower and chillers, peristaltic pump, submersible and transfer pumps.

-On the electrical side of things. I have worked with and troubleshot low voltage dc to 480 3 phase AC.
