  • Provided leadership alongside the General Manager to a new factory covering Cincinnati, OH, Indianapolis, IN and Charleston, WV. Hired, and developed a team of production employees to build sheds, barns, garages and other accessory buildings to the tristate area, with a monthly revenue around $450,000. Prospected and hired multiple teams of subcontractors to assemble buildings on-site at customer locations. Responsible for all production, purchasing, customer service, and day to day operations of the factory as well installation teams in the field. Collaborated with sales to close new business, as well as assisting Permit technicians with meeting requirements of various municipalities in our service area.
