Additional Information

I have been a Cook for over 35 years. I enjoy creating dishes that others can enjoy. I not only follow recipes, I have created my own dishes. I have experience with preparing foods for those with allergies including but not limited to gluten allergies, tree nut allergies and peanut allergies. I have recently learned to make homemade Pizza, which I enjoy.

I am looking for a position that will allow me to cook and also allow me to expand my skillset. I am always open to learn and thrive on the challenge. I enjoy the process of all aspects of working in a restaurant from ordering stock, organizing deliveries and interacting with the customers.
