I started my career in the food servicing industry as a sales associate in KFC in the Dominican Republic, in just 3 months I was promoted to Store Supervisor. After 2 years in that position I was offered a position as Data Entry associate at the Banco Popular, I was then promoted to area supervisor to oversee over 90 employees from 10 branches. After 11 years, decided to start my own business in the food industry (Pizza Place). During that period of time I got married and decided to move to the United States of America on December of 2011. On January 21, 2012 I started working at the Tewksbury Walmart as a Frozen and Dairy associate. Within 6 months was promoted to HBA and Cosmetics department manager. Then I was moved to the Housewares department manager position. A overnights support manager position was available at the Methuen store and I was chosen to fill it. I was interested in becoming an Assistant Manager and applied for the opening in Salem NH, got the position and was in charge of the third shift for about two years. At that point I felt that it was in my best interest to move to a store where I was going to be able to improve my skills as a manager and transferred to the store in Lynn Ma, where I was in charge of consumables and backroom. Thanks to the opportunities that my supervisors have given me, I have been able to go help run 2 different stores, one of them being Salem Ma, where I was in charge of getting the store ready for it's inventory and thru the holiday season. The store has improved significantly over the last months And i was selected to be the store manager of that store since i have been running three different stores two of the complex store with a lot of complexity and challenges.
