Pick, crush and fermented according to our family history recipe in oak barrels. Later move on to concentrated wine juice from California, Chilean, and Italy in wine barrels and glass jugs. I like to experience with different types of wines. For me, wine is meant to be shared and to tease and excite the senses. mind.
