Additional Information

I am the currently the owner of Shamrock Foods Distributor. I have been owner for the past 9 years. Previous to ownership. I worked within the Shamrock business for 23 years. Starting as a delivery driver. My enthusiasm speaking with our customers and people drew me into adding on products as a upsell. In the course of two years I went from driving /delivering to becoming a Sales Representative for Shamrock Foods.


I owned and operated a deli. Ed's Food Exchange for 12 years. It was a family corner store with all of the neighbor needs. This was were my career started with Shamrock Foods being a customer of theirs.


At the age of 16 I started at Penn Treaty Food Market where I stared stocking shelves. Switched with a co worker to the meat department and a couple of years I became a Butcher. Learning meats, poultry and fish.

This is where my passion came from that started me in the food business.
