I worked for this company a few different times throughout the years. I worked my way up from carpenter to Supervisor. They are a nation wide shell contractor, specializing in multi family, multi level concrete buildings, military housing, student housing, and parking garages. Beginning from out of the ground construction to Sheetrock finishing.

A nation wide general contractor specializing in financial institutions. Working Six of the top Ten financial institutions in the U.S. Some of our customers included, Bank of America, TD bank, BB&T. and GARDA.

My company was hired by Architect General Contractors as a self performing and supervisory position in many small to medium rehabs and vanilla envelope projects. Contracted by companies such as Save A Lot (grocery), City Trends (clothing retailer),outpatient medical facilities, high end restaurants and lounges.

As a supervisor/lead carpenter for this small kitchen and bath remodel contractor I was able to transform his company into a medium to large custom home remodeler. Using "temp skilled labor" and his own two handymen I was able to complete a 1.5 million dollar contract remodel on a Tampa landmark home.

This company specialized in hotel renovations. Traveling around the state of Florida, I was in charge of many high end hotel renovations. Also performing as much of the carpentry scope of work as possible, without disturbing the day to day operations of the hotel.

As a working supervisor with this company, I worked closely with office staff to prepare bids as well as self perform contractual work not subcontracted out. We performed large demolitions and build back of county and state hospitals. Also military bases active and inactive. Many sites include the removal of hazardous materials.

Oversaw all employees, scheduling concrete pours. All deliveries and off loading of products.

Worked very closely with all sub-contractors on very fast pass sites.
