When customers are upset and need a problem solved, I work with them to help them solve it. I also do the same with co workers. Working with heavy machinery is tough and stressful work but it can build strength in working with co workers in tough situations which I have done many times. Overall I would be great as someone who is a problem solver and a great customer service provider.
