Identified parts in building that needed new packaging to avoid unnecessary shrink. Contacted vendors to obtain packaging for the multitude of auto parts in our DC. Met with other departments in building to explain the importance of our role in the building. Upon arrival in department we were 6th out of 11 DCs in our network and by the end of my second month we had overtaken first place. On pace to be first DC to rebox a million dollars plus in inventory in a year.

• Hosted Hartfords #1 Karaoke show for the last 14 years
