• Implemented daily safety inspections and held weekly safety meetings, with no on-site accidents.
• Managed the supply chain for materials, ensuring timely delivery, and preventing any material shortages that could delay work.

Project: Criminal Justice - Mecklenburg County

• Supervised a team of 10 workers to remodel the Criminal Justice office in Charlotte, from demolition to specialties.
• Maintained clear communication with the project manager, ensuring timelines were adhered to during the night shift.
• Ensured all work complied with local building codes and regulations, passing all inspections on the first attempt.

Project: UNCC Atkins Phase 1 and 2 - Barton Malow,

• Led the renovation of the Atkins Library at UNCC, working in the existing facility while minimizing disruption to normal operations by building temporary walls, ensuring the library continued functioning.
• Overcoming challenges related to working in a live educational environment, ensuring minimal downtime, and maintaining a clean, safe environment for students.
